Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, ZIP code, project type, window and door quantities when applicable, and message. Please include only information relevant to your project.

Website operation and tracking

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages, and browser or device information to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose errors.

Our website code does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts that track visitors across websites. We do not use information about your activity across other websites for targeted advertising. Our website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare estimates, and coordinate our services. We store inquiries in our business systems and may notify participating staff of new leads by SMS. These internal alerts may contain your name, project details, location, and callback number.

Sharing and SMS consent

We do not sell your personal information or distribute it for third-party marketing. We use service providers, including Vercel for website hosting and Amazon Web Services for backend infrastructure and SMS delivery, to operate our website, store inquiries, and deliver internal notifications. SMS delivery also involves telecommunications carriers. Information is used by our staff and these providers as needed for those purposes.

Customer and staff mobile numbers, and staff SMS opt-in consent records, are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customer callback numbers may be included in internal staff alerts and processed by the service providers and carriers that deliver those alerts. Staff phone numbers and consent records are used to administer the staff SMS program. Submitting a customer inquiry does not enroll you in our staff SMS lead alert program. Information retention

We retain inquiries and related records as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, whether an inquiry becomes an active project, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.

To ask about your information or request access, a correction, or deletion, contact harry@mannahomedesign.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will review requests and any applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirements.
